Drew Desky, Managing Partner, has over 20 years of experience in banking, insurance, mergers and acquisitions, credit analysis, and capital markets financing. Prior to Rand Thompson, Drew was a senior banker at Citigroup responsible for business development and relationship management and also served as Portfolio Banker for the Financial Institutions Industry of the National Corporate Bank. He was also Vice President at Assurant (formerly Fortis), where he managed Mergers and Acquisitions, rating agency relations, and risk and capital management, as well as acting as Investment Liaison for Assurant Asset Management. Drew has also worked at Standard and Poor's and Bank of New York and holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College.
